Important Notes:

Use of the data available on WRDS is restricted to personal educational purposes or CityU research projects only. Departing staff members or graduating students are required to delete all WRDS data from any storage device in any medium. By clicking the link "Access WRDS now" below, you agree to accept these terms of use.

For faculties, research assistants and postgraduate students

Web access to WRDS is allowed for this group of users. To access WRDS,

  1. Click Access WRDS now to authenticate yourself when prompted.
  2. At the WRDS entry page, enter your CityU email address.
  3. Click on the Submit button and you will be notified by email with an access link.
  4. Check your CityU email account for the WRDS Day Pass email.
  5. Click the access link in the email to access WRDS.

For other authorized CityU users

For authorized CityU users (excluding alumni, JULAC Library Card holders, SCOPE students and other walk-in users) other than the faculty, research assistants and postgraduate students, access to "WRDS" is provided only via Library workstations. Please approach the Library staff at the IT Help Desk for logging in the database.
